Born in 1934 near the sacred city of On, "city of the sun" in the El Zahraa Stud of the Egyptian Agricultural Society, located in the desert of Egypt,

During the creation of this painting, every detail was approved or corrected at the suggestion of one of the only living breeders who knew this horse, put hands on this horse, and knew every aspect of his essence and conformation, Judith Forbis.

The completed painting went on to establish itself as the official portrait of Nazeer. It has appeared in both hard and soft-covered books on the Arabian horse, as a representative of Nazeer, in the Arabian section of the Museum of the Horse in the Kentucky Horse Park. It has appeared in numerous magazine articles regarding the Egyptian Arabian, and on the covers of major Arabian horse show catalogs, magazines, and more.
